Dave is Co-Owner of Training Hall CrossFit and has been involved in sports and fitness his entire life. He was a named 1st team All-State Linebacker in Arizona while playing football for Kingman High School. He then went on to play for the National Champion Glendale Gauchos at Glendale Community College. After that, he spent the next 26 years of his life serving his country in the United States Air Force. He is also the co-founder of CrossFit 364. Helping people and seeing them through with their goals is why Dave chose the health and fitness industry after retiring.
